If you are a raidmember but also want to know the assignations without asking manually, you can use RMM and lookup the information at the bar.
If the icon bar is too big for you it can be scaled down (Toolbar scaling / Toolbar Skalierung)
2. Mouse-overing a symbol shows a tooltip containing the assigned player and description.
